High-capacity hot water system for space-conscious buildings
OneCore™ is a high-performance hot water tank solution engineered for commercial facilities with elevated domestic hot water (DHW) demands – such as hotels, hospitals, gyms, student housing, and hospitality venues.
Built from high-grade stainless-steel tanks, OneCore™ operates in a closed-loop system at up to 180°C, ensuring safe, efficient, and hygienic hot water delivery. The system features a dedicated heat exchanger, allowing instantaneous hot water production without mixing with supply water.
Unlike conventional DHW systems, there’s no need to preheat or store large volumes of supply water, eliminating the risk of Legionella and significantly reducing standby energy losses. Instead, hot water is circulated through the building’s network and only mildly reheated to offset thermal losses, enabling faster response, lower energy use, and improved sanitary conditions.

CarbonClean™
Decarbonize Heat, Recover Energy, Reduce Emissions
One CarbonClean™ container unit contains several individual ONECore™ tanks, allowing for simultaneous charging and discharging and providing greater control over its operation.
CarbonClean™ solution is ideal for industrial sectors like food and beverage, textile or pharmaceutical, especially for industries with cyclic processes such as breweries, dairies, distilleries.
One container can store 1MWhth capacity, but it can be tailored to clients’ needs. If you need greater capacity, the containers can be stacked one on top of the other.
You can decarbonize your processes with no major infrastructure changes and no construction permits.
While the tanks are developed in-house, all other components of the CarbonClean™ system (actuators, heaters, heat exchangers, pumps) come from trusted, world-renowned manufacturers — ensuring top-tier performance and reliability.

It supports three core applications:
1. Power-to-heat
Stores renewable energy or grid power as heat in the temperature range from 40°C to 180°C, and uses it on demand for industrial processes such as sterilization, pasteurization, cooking, cleaning, dyeing.
2. Waste Heat Recovery
Captures low-grade excess heat from processes or flue gases and stores it for reuse, boosting energy efficiency and reducing fossil fuel consumption by up to 25%.
3. Cooling
Discharges heat through an absorption chiller to provide cooling for refrigeration or air systems in data centers, storage halls, or production facilities — by using glycol as a HTF.
Mobile Boiler Room for Smart Heat
Besides serving industrial sectors, our CarbonClean™ is a fully integrated, containerized boiler-room solution for commercial buildings like resorts, clinics, campuses, and hospitality facilities.
Housed in a standard 20ft container, this plug-and-play system delivers on-site thermal storage and instant hot water or heating, making it the ideal choice for rapid retrofits of existing boiler rooms—without construction permits or major works.
Replacing aging boiler systems can double energy efficiency and cut fuel costs by up to 4x, especially when powered by daytime solar or off-peak green electricity.
It integrates seamlessly with solar PV, heat pumps, and waste-heat sources to cover heating or cooling demand.

Developed with advanced engineering principles, our exchanger features:
- Bionic geometry with Voronoi structuring to preserve stratified temperature layers within the tank
- High energy density in a compact, low-maintenance design
In simple words, this means that Star Beta’s heat exchanger design prevents the mixing of hot and cold water. Instead, it allows hot water to remain at the top of the tank while cold water stays at the bottom, ensuring that during discharge, the system delivers heat precisely at the requested temperature.
Our closed-loop pressurized system is filled with demineralized and deionized water, a clean and safe heat transfer fluid that ensures:
